Two suicide bombers have detonated their explosive belts in Casablanca, Morocco, injuring one woman.
The blasts took place in the vicinity of the city's US consulate and a nearby American cultural centre, local police said.
Apart from one female bystander and the two men themselves there are no reported injuries or deaths.
On Tuesday three bombers blew themselves up in Morocco's largest city after being confronted by police in connection with a blast outside an internet cafe last month.
A fourth man was shot and killed by a police sniper after appearing to prepare his explosive belt.
A day after these deaths, 33 people were killed in the capital of neighbouring Algeria, with al-Qaida claiming responsibility for the two blasts outside the prime minister's offices in Algiers.
Morocco's official news agency MAP said that today's explosions took place near a bank on Mouley Youssef Avenue, while police have insisted that they were not being pursued.
Ribat has publicly stated it can see no connection between the blasts in Algiers and Casablanca.
