A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of Paul Erhahon, 14, in east London.

The youth will appear in Waltham Forest youth court today to face charges of the murder of Paul, the attempted murder of a 15-year-old boy and grievous bodily harm (GBH) on the 15-year-old boy, thought to be a friend of Paul, during the April 6th attack in Leytonstone.

Police have also charged five other teenagers, aged 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18, with the murder of the schoolboy.

Yesterday Theo Diah, 18, appeared in Waltham Forest magistrate court to face the same charges.

All the suspects have been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on April 24th.

Police also reported that four other male teenagers, aged 14, 15, 15 and 19, have been released on police bail to return in June pending further enquiries.
