Jazz songstress Amy Winehouse has received three nominations for this year's Mojo music awards.

The British soul diva, who has achieved success both here and in the United States, is up for song of the year with her tongue-in-cheek track Rehab.

Winehouse, previously named as Mojo magazine's Woman of the Year, has also been nominated in the best album category for Back to Black, her second release.

She will also be contending against other artists including the Arctic Monkeys to be named best live act.

The Sheffield band follow Winehouse in the nomination stakes and will also be competing against the singer in the best song category, which The Gossip and The View have also received nods for.

Veteran rock group The Who and deceased country singer Johnny Cash are also up for awards.

Nonetheless it is Winehouse's name that appears to be on everyone's lips ahead of the awards ceremony, which will take place on June 18th in London.

"Now the sky is the limit for her," said Mojo's editor-in-chief Phil Alexander.

"There is nothing that can stop her apart from herself," he added, commenting on the success of the star, who was named best female artist at the Brit awards earlier this year.

Whether Winehouse will add more awards to her mantelpiece remains to be seen, but it is clear that the singer has truly found her mojo.

Even eccentric singer Prince has declared himself to be a "big fan", hinting earlier this week that Winehouse might join him on stage during his forthcoming London tour this summer.
