More Than has announced that it is offering a ten per cent discount to all customers that take out one of its motor insurance policies.
Under the new measures, the company also plans to offer those who have not made a claim before they need to renew 20 per cent off their next package.
Customers would also be offered the same deal everytime they renew with the firm without making a claim on their previous deal.
Downsham Humzah, product director at More Than, said that the business hoped to offer drivers "a great deal from the start" and reward loyalty.
"We hope this great offer will ease the strain on the pockets of those looking to buy motor insurance in the current economic climate."
Last month, More Than launched a new car insurance product designed specifically for female motorists.
The company's new Women Drivers package includes features such as female-friendly repairers, roadside assistance, handbag cover and child car seat replacement.
