One of the leading UK energy firms has announced it is opening a new business centre.
npower, which supplies energy to offer 6.6 million domestic and business customers, is taking over the lease on new office space in Solihull.
The 70,000 square-foot site will be used to improve the firm's business practises and improve customer relationships, according to the company.
Richard Fear, npower's estate manager, said the site has "fantastic facilities" and the firm aspires to make it "an attractive office environment".
He added: "npower has a proud history of working in the West Midlands and the opportunity to acquire premises at Princes Way provides us with an excellent location in a prominent position."
npower recently worked with West Mercia Police to distribute enrgy efficient light bulbs to local residents.
The scheme was launched as part of the energy firm's Lighten Up campaign, which encourages homeowners to leave lights on when they leave the house to deter potential burglars.
