Gadget lovers on a budget may find the only way to ensure they can afford the new Apple iPhone 4 is to switch energy suppliers in a bid to save cash.
By securing a deal with a provider of cheap gas and electricity, homeowners could immediately enjoy a noticeable reduction in the size of their monthly bill.
This may free up funds to be spent on the new device, which is due to launch in the UK on June 24th.
It will offer access to Apple's revolutionary App Store featuring thousands of apps, as well as boasting a screen with four times as many pixels as the previous iPhone 3GS model.
Flora Graham, critic for Cnet.com, said: "The iPhone 4 is a proper reboot to Apple's smart phone, offering a new look and some juicy improvements."
The manufacturer recently revealed the device will come with FaceTime, a programme that allows users to make high-quality video calls.
