People who would like to lower the cost of their energy bills may have considered switching to a cheap dual fuel provider.

One tariff homeowners could be interested in is the E.ON Fix Online v8, which sets energy prices for the next 12 months.

However, E.ON has announced this plan is soon to be removed, so individuals in need of a cheap dual fuel provider may want to quickly move to the deal in order to potentially enjoy cheaper gas and electricity.

According to E.ON, its Fix Online v8 is the cheapest fixed-price plan available at Office of Gas and Electricity Markets average and above consumption levels.

The discount is guaranteed until July 1st 2011, but with the tariff soon to be removed, people may wish to assess their energy bills sooner rather than later.

E.ON also stated homeowners on this plan are in control, with fixed monthly direct debits easily set up, as well as being able to enter meter readings and conveniently pay bills.
