Tariff Features

  • This tariff offers new dual fuel customers energy prices capped at a 5% discount to npower's standard prices (as of the 17th of October 2011) until the 28th of February 2013.
  • Tariff available to dual fuel and "no mains gas" electricity only customers.
  • There is no standing charge on this tariff, so you pay for what you use.
  • Not available to prepayment customers or customers on non-standard meters.
  • When the fixed term contract ends, customers will be moved onto npower's standard variable rate tariff.
  • An early exit fee of £20 per fuel may apply if customers change tariff or supplier before the 28th February 2013.
  • Only available to new npower customers through this website.
  • Caveat: Prices may vary before 28/02/13 but will not rise above the capped level providing you continue to meet the eligibility criteria and no charge or cost is imposed by or as a consequence of any action, order, decision or imposition by any governmental, statutory or licensing authority, and, when added to npower's charges at the time, this causes npower's prices to exceed the capped level. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, suspended or amended at any time.

Supplier information

Important note: npower will prepare your energy contract based on the information you provide at the point of sale. If npower later find that any information you've given is incorrect (for example details of your meter type), npower may not be able to supply you on the tariff you have chosen. In that case, npower reserve the right to provide you with revised terms. Npower will confirm any revised terms in writing and the new terms will apply to you unless you change your mind.
