Tariff Notes
- Guaranteed cold weather payment of £10.50 paid to all gas customers (excluding prepayment meters). £21 for those 80 or over
- Gas Customers over 60 may also receive an additional cold weather payment based on the number of days that the temperature falls below zero between December and February
- Payment by monthly direct debit only
- Sign in online within 30 days after receiving account details to receive the Online discount.
- Statements sent out each 6 months in Spring and Autumn.
Tariff Discounts
An AgeUK Online Saver customer will receive a 10% discount off their total annual bill available until at least 1 August 2011. Direct Debit customers receive a discount of 8% off their total annual bill. Total discount is 18% off the total annual bill. Dual fuel customers also get a guaranteed cold weather payment of £10.50 per annum.
