Supplier information

Good Energy is unique. It is the UK's only dedicated 100% renewable electricity supplier. All other suppliers use fossil fuels and nuclear in their mix, but this is a compromise Good Energy is not willing to make. Not only this, but their main electricity tariff is independently certified by the Green Energy Supply Certification Scheme.

Good Energy have 26,000 customers using electricity sourced from a community of over 1,500 independent generators, all harnessing natural power from the wind, water, sun or through sustainable biogeneration. Good Energy also invests in new sources of renewable generation through wind farm development projects. The first was the repowering of the UK’s first commercial wind farm at Delabole, Cornwall which was completed in December 2010. Replacing the 10 original turbines with four larger ones has more than doubled the wind farm’s power output, saving around 13,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.

Switching your home to Good Energy’s electricity supply is one of the simplest things you can do to make a difference to climate change.
