Tariff Features
- Reduce your energy by utilising a smart meter
- Online tariff and Direct Debit only.
- All customers will be taken on supply and receive a dumb service until their smart meters are installed. Customers will be able to select a smart meter installation date within 60 days of their supply start date.
- The prices will be held for a minimum of 3 months from the tariff start date.
- Not available to customers on independent gas or electricity networks. Property owners only. Not available where existing meter is prepayment meter.
- No exit penalties, however customer will lose 10% Dual fuel discount if they leave within the first year.
- Please note that all communication with first:utility will take place via e-mail.
