Tariff Features
- Sign Online 19 prices are are guaranteed to be 2% lower, on an annual basis, than npower standard (off-line) variable quarterly cash/cheque prices until 30th September 2011. (The guarantee applies to customers with average gas consumption of 20,500 kWh and average electricity consumption of 3,300 kWh, and includes the monthly dual fuel direct debit discount).
- Cancellation fees of £20 per fuel may apply if customers switch away before the 30th September 2011.

- The “Total Annual Cost” assumes the tariff rate and discount remains the same after the 30 Sept 2011. However, on the 1st October 2011 you will be placed on the standard online product (“Go-Save”), which may be more expensive than Sign Online 19.
