Tariff Features

  • Sign Online 19 prices are are guaranteed to be 2% lower, on an annual basis, than npower standard (off-line) variable quarterly cash/cheque prices until 30th September 2011. (The guarantee applies to customers with average gas consumption of 20,500 kWh and average electricity consumption of 3,300 kWh, and includes the monthly dual fuel direct debit discount).
  • Cancellation fees of £20 per fuel may apply if customers switch away before the 30th September 2011.
  • Manage your account online.
  • Payment by month Direct Debit.
  • The “Total Annual Cost” assumes the tariff rate and discount remains the same after the 30 Sept 2011. However, on the 1st October 2011 you will be placed on the standard online product (“Go-Save”), which may be more expensive than Sign Online 19.

If npower later find that any information you've given is incorrect (for example details of your meter type), npower may not be able to supply you on the tariff you have chosen. In that case, npower reserve the right to provide you with revised terms. Npower will confirm any revised terms in writing and the new terms will apply to you unless you change your mind.
