- Guaranteed discount of 2.5% on standard rate until at least the end of September 2011, whether standard prices go up or down.
- Early Termination Fee of £50 for Dual Fuel (£25 gas and £25 elec). These fees may be applied if customers transfers to another EDF energy tariff or changes supplier.
