- This is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online
- Monthly Direct Debit customers may receive Cash back on credit balances at annual reassessment.
- The total annual cost assumes the tariff rate and discount remains the same after the 30 Sept 2011. Scottish Power will transfer you to (i) closest equivalent offer available or (ii) standard combined mains gas and electricity offer, which may be more expensive than Scottish Power Price Tracker October 2011/ Online.
