Speaking at International Jewellery London, he said: "Once a man has made a decision to bejewel there is no going back ... Over the last couple of years black diamond jewellery has really taken off."
He put this down to the fact that the look is "sparkly" but not quite "blinging" like its white style counterpart.
The jeweller added that men like to go into detail with the pieces they wear and as such, his company is always on the lookout for new materials.
