He has also been charged with the attempted murder and grievous bodily harm (GBH) of another boy, a friend of Paul's, aged 15.
It comes after police made a tenth arrest in connection with the inquiry into the budding rap singer's murder on April 6th outside his Leytonstone home in east London.
They detained a 13-year-old boy yesterday and he remains in police custody.
Four other teenage boys have previously appeared in court charged with the murder.
A 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy appeared at Waltham Forest youth court last Friday, while two other boys, aged 13 and 14, appeared at the same court earlier that week.
All four have also been charged with the attempted murder and GBH of the 15-year-old victim.
They have been remanded in custody to reappear at the Old Bailey on April 24th.
Four other male teenagers, two aged 15, and two aged 14 and 19, have been released on police bail to return in June pending further enquiries.
