Tariff Features

  • One bill for all services supplied.
  • Fixed energy prices until 31st August 2014.
  • After 31st August 2014 you will be moved onto Utility Warehouse's Standard plan, unless you choose another plan.
  • This tariff has a standing charge.
  • Paper or online billing options available.
  • Pay by Monthly Direct Debit, Quarterly Direct Debit or Pay on Receipt of Bill.
  • Dual fuel or single fuel available.
  • No early termination fees.
  • Notes: †To qualify for this tariff you must take at least four eligible services from Utility Warehouse: Eligible services include Home Phone, Broadband, BroadCall (Home Phone and Broadband bundle - counts as two services), Mobile (excluding ValuePay Pay as you Go), Gas, Electricity. The price includes annual membership fee. This tariff is not available with prepayment meters. If your gas is supplied by an Independent Gas Transporter, an IGT charge will apply. The maximum usage for gas is 292,780kWh per year.

Supplier information

The Utility Warehouse is operated by Telecom Plus plc. Telecom Plus have three bands of energy tariffs. Value – at least 0.5% cheaper compared to the ‘Big 6’ suppliers. Gold (for customers also taking Home Phone and Broadband) – at least 2.5% cheaper compared to the ‘Big 6’ suppliers. Double Gold (for customers also taking Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile) – at least 5% cheaper compared to the ‘Big 6’ suppliers. Utility Warehouse guarantees to always put you on their cheapest available tariff.

Members of the Utility Warehouse can also receive savings on landline, mobile and broadband services, as well as receiving everything on one statement. Utility Warehouse provides over 500,000 homes and small businesses throughout the UK with gas and electricity, landline phone, mobile and broadband services. The more services you take the more money you can save. There is no minimum contract term for most of the services.
