Having problems with your gas or electricity supply can be stressful at the best of times and especially so if you can’t find out who to call! See below for a list of numbers to call if you’re experiencing an emergency problem with your gas or electricity supply.

Gas Emergency Contact Number

Any time day or night, if you have a gas emergency you can call the National Gas Emergency service here: 0800 111 999

Electricity Emergency Contact Number

If you’re experiencing a power cut, you need to get in touch with your electricity distribution company who will be able to advise you of what to do. To do this firstly find your electricity bill and look for the distributor number.

Your distributor number is the first two digits of the second line of your supply number, which will appear as follows:
